What is A1A Limo's waiting time policy for airport and non-airport pickups?
For airport pickups, A1A Limo offers a 30-minute grace period after the posted flight arrival time. There is an additional $10 surcharge for international flight arrivals. Waiting time charges and parking fees apply one hour after flight arrival. For non-airport pickups, a 15-minute grace period is allowed. After the grace period, waiting time will be charged accordingly in 15-minute increments.
What is the cancellation and no-show policy for A1A Limo?
How does A1A Limo handle billing and what payment methods are accepted?
A1A Limo accepts all major credit cards. A 20% recommended tip is added to the base fare, and if applicable, any stop time, wait time, and holiday surcharges are included. Additional charges, such as two-way tolls, airport and regulatory fees, fuel surcharges, and cell phone usage, will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable. All rates are confirmed at the time of booking.
