After the grace period, waiting time will be charged accordingly in 15-minute increments.
What is the cancellation and no-show policy for A1A Limo?
Cancellations of any vehicle type within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% gratuity and surcharge. In case of a no-show, a fee equal to the cost of the trip, gratuity, waiting time, and all other out-of-pocket costs will be charged. A1A Limo accepts all major credit cards. A 20% recommended tip is added to the base fare, and if applicable, any stop time, wait time, and holiday surcharges are included. Additional charges, such as two-way tolls, airport and regulatory fees, fuel surcharges, and cell phone usage, will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable. All rates are confirmed at the time of booking.
