“If you want to make your dreams come true, the first thing you have to do is wake up.” – J.M. Power
Coffee and its comforting aroma; Swirling, steamy joy in a cup and even the slogans on the TV sing to us that, “It’s the best part of waking up.” Often you see America represented with business professionals holding a cup of coffee in their hand. There’s variety to coffees and multiple creamers you can load your hot beverage with for flavor profiles.
However, this magical, hot bean water has some not-so-glorious effects that can leave you feeling drained midday in the office or during your business travel, such as: afternoon energy crashes, indigestion from the acidity in coffee, bad breath and to be fair, office coffee just doesn’t taste quality and therefore your energy probably isn’t quality either.

#2. Juice It Up, Drink It Down!
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
– Hippocrates
When it comes to having quality energy, it starts from the inside. The phrase, “You are what you eat.”, isn’t very far fetched when you consider that is how you get your energy.
- Over the recent years, juicing has become a common practice for those who wish to be successful and on top of their health, while reducing their caffeine intake to prevent those pesky crashes in the office.
There are many local juice businesses that take the effort out of creating the right recipe for you. However, if you are an innovative entrepreneur, then juicing up your own recipes should be right up your alley.
Juicing gives you vitality in a few ways. If you juice on an empty stomach or at least within 20 minutes before sharing your tummy with any other substance then you will receive the full benefits because the molecules in the juice are still very alive. Here’s what happens:
- You create a delicious and fresh, nutrient dense juice
- Drink it down within 20 minutes while the nutrients are still alive
- Since the nutrients are already broken down, your body expends less energy on digestion, saving energy
- You get a full dose of vitamins and minerals in their most natural and bioavailable form
- You instantly feel the effects of juicing and have plenty of energy to get through the entire day
- 20 minutes later, you can add to that energy with a meal if you’d like
A few of the ingredients known to give you the most boost of energy are ginger, lemon and/or wheatgrass shots, green veggies like spinach and kale, and also hydration juices like cucumber, celery, apple, and watermelon.
One of the Pros of juice over coffee is that the fresh juices are good for 4 days in the refrigerator after you make them, meaning you can prep a few days ahead of time and take some with you for lunch or even on a business trip. If your limousine has a cooler then you can always keep one with you on the go! I am quite impressionable and emotional, so there is no escape from stress. In addition, https://thefirstmonth.org/amb/ there are panic attacks against the background of VSD. Ambien helps people become calmer in General, and normalizes sleep. I am glad that it is sold without a prescription. Personally, I have no side effects. There is no withdrawal syndrome. You can buy it in any pharmacy, no need to order and wait. I’m very happy, that I picked such a drug.

#3. Spirulina, The Botanical Superfood
“Gram for gram, Spirulina could be the most nutritious and well-rounded food on the planet, which stores almost indefinitely.”
– Gabriel Cousens
Superfood? Sounds pretty epic! And that is absolutely correct. Spirulina IS epic! It happens to be the oldest life form on earth, used by NASA for survival in space and contains 65% protein, which is over 4x the amount you need just to start your day.
- Spirulina will see you through, until the end of the day. It’s not commonly sold in grocery stores but it is readily available for a reasonable price at your local health food store or even off the internet.
Spirulina is an algae that comes from the earth. It is dark green and very pure. It contains the highest source of A, B, C, D & E vitamins that give you increased energy and stamina, making your success come easier.
- It normally comes in a powder or gel, and the powder is versatile. In fact, you can even add it to your morning juices or smoothies.
A little secret is that Spirulina goes well with peanut butter, believe it or not. A common recipe to add spirulina to is a PB&J smoothie consisting of: Strawberries, Blueberries, Peanut Butter and Apple Juice to cover the fruit + 1 tsp Spirulina!
- A very little goes a long way so you get a big bang of energy for your buck.
You may even introduce Spirulina to your entire office crew or perhaps your Personal Concierge. You can add spirulina to your recipes and easily make bite size, No-Bake Energy Balls that you and your colleagues can pop in your mouth when you need a quick boost!

6) Roll some of the balls in extra cacao and coconut.

#4. Chia Seeds
Mama Mia, it’s the Chia!
Chia seeds! These adorable, small, multi-faceted, gray seeds are, you guessed it, a Superfood!
Much like Spirulina, these little glorious friends of the earth have large doses of Omega 3 Fatty Acids and Protein as well as a dense amount of nutrients that have been known by the Aztecs and the “No-Meat-Athletes”, to give enough fuel to run 100 miles!
The versatility and ease of use with Spirulina is perfect for the lifestyle of a business professional. To be able to stand in good health with quality energy allows for quality work. Being the best, most diligent version of yourself possible is the only way to ensure that you are on top of your game.
Chia seeds can be used as an egg replacement when baking because of their ability to become gelatinous and hold together. If you have ever shopped in the juice section of your grocery store, you will be able to spot specific drinks like Kombucha that have chia seeds within them.
- Many people put chia seeds in their smoothies or even their water for that extra boost of energy. They can even be sprinkled on top of your oatmeal or pasta!
Although coffee is a quick way to energy, it doesn’t last. Try something new that also has been said to work all day and you won’t be disappointed.
#5. Raw Cacao To Save The Day
“Every study on chocolate is pointing to the same conclusion: there is something in chocolate that is really good for us. That something is the raw cacao bean, the nut that all chocolate is made from. The cacao bean has always been and will always be Nature’s #1 weight loss and high-energy food. Cacao beans are probably the best kept secret in the entire history of food.”
– David Wolfe
If you truly can’t seem to pull yourself away from coffee in the office, the next best thing is…. chocolate! Everybody can agree that there is just something special about this miraculous bean.
Cacao and Cocoa are actually quite different though. You’d be surprised to learn that Cacao is actually chocolate in its pure and raw form. It is also not the traditional chocolate color that you would think of, it’s creamy white!
While Cocoa has been broken down, heated, and processed to become what we know as traditional chocolate, you can find Cacao in its raw form of Cacao Nibs and Powders. It is easy to melt down if you wanted to create your own treats to bring into the office and share! Boy, your co-workers are going to love you!
Cacao is known for being used as a form of currency for the Aztecs and as the main ingredient in the more commonly talked about, Dark Chocolate; A famously recognized tasty supplier of nutrition and energy due to the high amount of antioxidants, enzymes and PEA (Phenylethylamine) that benefit our ability to focus, our energy levels and nervous system function.
Cacao is indeed considered a stimulant because of its natural source of Theobromine, which is an active ingredient very similar to caffeine that can only be found in raw Cacao.
The caffeine you hear about in your typical chocolate bars has been added in there. The fact that in Cacao it is still in its raw form means it’s not only pure but therefore, quality energy that you’ll intake, which is what we want in the office.
